Our Promise to You

Grand Canyon Business Solutions guarantees every solution we carry. To back up our commitment to excellence we offer the following guarantee to our loyal clients.

1. Five Year Guarantee:
We guarantee your equipment will perform to manufacturer's specifications for five years, when protected by continuous maintenance agreement coverage and used according to manufacturer's recommended usage under normal office conditions. If the equipment does not perform within manufacturer's specifications we will replace the equipment with comparable equipment of equal or greater value.

2. Free Loaner:
For equipment under continuous service maintenance by GCBS, If we are unable to repair the equipment in your office, we will provide a temporary "loaner" replacement free of charge until the repair has been satisfactorily completed. The equipment loaner will be charged the same rate for printed pages as your original equipment.

3. Service Response that Sets the Standard for Promptness:
When you call for service you get to talk to an actual person in service dispatch who loads the service call to the assigned technician so they see the service request immediately. This dispatcher actually knows all of the technicians and is based in our office here in Scottsdale. The Field Engineer will return your call within one hour. During the call, he or she will verify the problem and assess its impact on your operation. Many times, he or she can talk you through the problem over the phone, to get equipment back online as soon as possible. Otherwise, the Field Engineer will discuss with you when you can expect on-site service - generally within four hours, often in two or less. We guarantee a quarterly average of four business hours from your call to the time a technician arrives at your office, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Holidays.

4. Supply Guarantee:
We guarantee the supplies we carry are of the highest quality and all are manufactured by the manufacturer of the office equipment we serve. In some instances we choose the option to supply aftermarket supplies for equipment that we service if it meets our strict quality policy. Supplies are kept in our inventory locally for immediate access to you, our client. We will normally ship the supplies ordered the following day and you will receive those no later than 5 business days from the date ordered.
